Meet the Browns
Yesterday we voted Gary Brown in to be our pastor at NorthStar. We are so thankful for this family and God's call on their lives. We are excited to serve alongside of them and look forward to all God is going to do in North Idaho. hiking date
First day of spring means a hike on Tubbs Hill. My dad came for a short weekend visit, and Bennett and I went on a hiking date. It was beautiful and reminded me of my lack of exercise for the past year. So welcome Spring to the Arctic Northwest- please stay a while.
texas memories
L with her great great aunts from east texas We really enjoyed our trip to Texas last weekend. The weather was warm and the conversations were great. It was nice to take L back to the place where we fell in love and spend time with people that mean so much to us. Thanks for letting us borrow your vehicles, car seats, pack-n-plays, and strollers. We were also able to stay at the seminary hotel with a nice student discount. an idaho baby in texas our first swim at southwestern worshiping at 121 with sweet dear friends dad spent many hours working in this pond texas wind = big hair she's not enjoying being a cowgirl the starbucks where we had our first date country bend (they painted) - our first apartment together
Seminary Memories
This is my great uncle, Dr. Thomas M. Bennett. He was a professor of Old Testament and Hebrew at the seminary I attended. His picture is in the main hall of the main building on campus. I never met him before he passed away. I attended his funeral in Ft. Worth about a year after I moved there. I really wish I had been able to know him when he was teaching.
